Corey began his career at Finestream as a broker before transitioning into the role of Operations Manager, specialising in property finance across residential and commercial channels.
Corey was drafted to the Brisbane Lions in 2016, and quickly developed valuable skills in work ethic, organisation, persistence, and resilience that have shaped both his sporting career and professional journey.
While pursuing his AFL career, Corey completed a Diploma of Business, an Advanced Diploma of Business, and a Bachelor of Applied Management through Federation University. Although he remains committed to his athletic career, Corey is equally passionate about developing his skills in business, particularly in financial services.
Corey is deeply committed to aligning his team’s efforts with Finestream’s vision, mission, and values, ensuring a unified approach to driving the company forward. His expertise, leadership, and continuous learning have contributed significantly to Finestream’s growth and success in the finance sector.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys playing football for the Glenelg Football Club where he also serves on the leadership group. He is an advocate for personal development, looking to further his education and remaining up to date with all thing’s economics and finance. When he’s not on the field or at work, Corey enjoys spending quality time with his family, friends, and his dog, Charlie.
