Congratulations to Brad Henderson of boutique real estate agency BHEN & CO. for achieving the most views on realestate.com.au over the weekend for his newest listing at 56 Walkers Road, Somerton Park. This incredible mid century / modern luxury home has received an enormous amount of attention online, both on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au as well as social media.

Clicking through the images of this gorgeous family home (which was photographed by Art Department Creative) it’s not hard to see why it’s getting all this extra publicity. With an understated and yet exceptionally tasteful interior and a low maintenance yet lush and tropical exterior, it is the entertainer’s dream but also family friendly. The landscape was designed by the nationally renowned Mon Palmer, who the owners spotted on Instagram and flew in from Perth to design their front and back yards.

Henderson reported that following the explosion of publicity the property received after photos of the home and garden were shared and re-shared on social media after the initial VIP showing on Friday the 18th of October (which Finestream were fortunate to co-host), 250+ people (07 visiting groups) turned up to view the property for its first public open inspection on Saturday 19th October.
