Matthew’s finance career began in 2008 with a Big Four accounting firm. With his commercial finance background, he founded Finestream in 2011 to specialise in commercial asset finance for businesses in the Adelaide market.
The business expanded in 2014 to offer mortgage broking as a service, and it quickly grew from there.
Matthew is hands-on within the business, specialising in complex commercial transactions and working with clients to achieve the best possible outcome for their commercial funding requirements.
In 2024, the company expanded with the launch of the accounting business.
Matthew is the driving force behind the growth and innovation of the business, constantly looking for ways to improve and for the right people to bring into the team.
Matthew is the curator of the culture of Finestream, with a constant commitment to excellence in this area and the ongoing goal to be recognised as one of the best places to work.
Matthew has won several awards over his career in recognition of his work in the equipment and commercial finance space.
