For the 3rd year running Finestream’s Founder and Director, Matthew Ford has been awarded the National Equipment & Asset Finance award from the MFAA.

The MFAA awards the industry’s best brokers, businesses and industry professionals for demonstrating exceptional customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth and innovation. This year’s event was a virtual affair due to COVID restrictions. We sat down with Matt after his win, 3 years running, and asked him a few questions.

How did you celebrate the MFAA awards this year?

With a very quiet glass of wine in front of the fire.

What award did you win? And what dance move did you do to celebrate?

The Equipment & Asset Finance Award – if I’d done any sort of dance they would have taken the award away from me!

How does this award help tell the Finestream story?

It forces us to look back at where we started and how far we’ve come. That’s really important to do, it’s easy to forget your wins and only focus on your challenges.

3 in a row will always be a special victory for us no matter how much we achieve in the future.

What does this award communicate to current and future clients of Finestream?

This award shows that when you work with Finestream you are working with the best of the best.

It’s a validation of our client-first ethos and commitment to excellence.

What does this mean to you?

This is 3 in a row for me, it was always a goal to win the national Award year on year on year.

It’s reassurance and confirmation that we are on the right track. It’s still only day one for us though, we are just getting started!
